I met the owners while working on a septic system at a property where they were doing some flood restoration work. They were friendly, helpful and professional. Based on my experience with them and the feedback I heard from the customers, I would highly recommend this company!
Very professional, good communication and fast response time. Helpful and knowledgeable with insurance questions. The technicians are respectful and thorough. United Water Restoration keeps you informed and makes sure the job is done right!
This is the BEST company for all your restoration needs!!! All the employees are amazing , helpful and friendly. Would recommend this company.
Mike took my call and let me explain our situation. He then assured me Leland and his crew would be arriving that morning early. Leland arrived and assessed the situation and then went into action. He was clear, kind, professional and assuring. We had to leave town the next day but Leland continued his follow ups and updates for 6-7 days. We highly recommend United Water Restoration Group! They were highly recommended by our Plumber.
