Excellent and responsive service. Other companies would have destroyed our brand new living room floor due to a leak in the kitchen. United Water RG came and saved the wood floor using drying equipment. Celeste was a real pleasure to work with, and the workers were efficient honest and diligent

The customer service and communication was outstanding and were clear and conscience on reviewing both the issues and the costs to remedy the situation. A kitchen pipe burst, flooding our downstairs apartment. The water damage was extensive, requiring replacement of a wall and much of the wood flooring.United Water Restoration showed up fast, did thorough remediation of mold and other damage, and had the unit restored as good as new, on time and on budget as promised. Definitely recommend their service based on our experience.
