I was so impressed with Craig and his coworker Carlos. He was the first water mitigation company I called after a flood in my house. They showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost midnight. Making sure that fans were set up and baseboards were removed so that the drying process could begin. I called UWRG for a quote after a broken pipe leaked water into our bathroom wall for a few days. Craig came out and was very thorough in his visual inspection! He was very professional and informative. Craig was fantastic throughout the remediation and rebuild process. He gave a very thorough quote and took the time to break it down for us. I recently worked with United Water Restoration Group, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My kitchen and part of my living room got flooded from a faulty dishwasher. Craig was amazing—he kept me informed about every issue he found and explained each step of the process so I always knew what was happening. I called Craig after I found him on Google maps and saw his reviews. He answered with a “hello” which threw me off a little bit since I was expecting a receptionist to answer, however, I couldn’t be happier that I talked to him for a minute and gave him a chance. Craig was honest, communicative, fair in pricing, and very conscientious of taking care of our home and our family throughout the entire process. I would recommend him in this company to anybody.
