May I share with you all my experience with Craig McCandless, Carlos, and Carlos's cousin. On a Sunday! (yet!) I had a frozen broken pipe. It's been 70F, how could it have still had ice in the pipe since the 'Storm of the Century'? Bill, the plumber, explained but I still don't understand it, either. Craig and his team did an excellent job handling our project. They were professional, organized, responsive, and followed through on what they said they would do. Compared to other companies I’ve worked with, their communication and attention to detail really stood out. I had a great experience with Craige for the moisture inspection. Craige was very thorough and took the time to check all the areas i was concerned about. He explained everything clearly, including the moisture readings and what they mean, which really helped us understand the situation better.
