May I share with you all my experience with Craig McCandless, Carlos, and Carlos's cousin. On a Sunday! (yet!) I had a frozen broken pipe. It's been 70F, how could it have still had ice in the pipe since the 'Storm of the Century'? Bill, the plumber, explained but I still don't understand it, either. I had a great experience with Craige for the moisture inspection. Craige was very thorough and took the time to check all the areas i was concerned about. He explained everything clearly, including the moisture readings and what they mean, which really helped us understand the situation better. Craig and his subcontractors were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Craig always showed up when he said he would, provided much-needed advice, performed the water mitigation and clean up portion of our repairs as he said he would, and was just an all around nice guy. I was so impressed with Craig and his coworker Carlos. He was the first water mitigation company I called after a flood in my house. They showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost midnight. Making sure that fans were set up and baseboards were removed so that the drying process could begin. They continued to come daily for the next four days. He had a lock box for our house key and made sure to notify us when he was coming into the house. I appreciated the courtesy texts.
