I had an unexpected leak in my office, and water mitigation came in so quickly to help everything dry. They were flexible to my schedule and made sure they documented everything for my insurance. Their staff was super respectful, took the time to explain anything to me, and monitored my situation daily. Craig and Adam were amazing contacts for me during this time. In less than a week, my plumber made the repairs and everything was dried and able to properly prevent further damage.

May I share with you all my experience with Craig McCandless, Carlos, and Carlos's cousin. On a Sunday! (yet!) I had a frozen broken pipe. It's been 70F, how could it have still had ice in the pipe since the 'Storm of the Century'? Bill, the plumber, explained but I still don't understand it, either.
