An attempt to loosen a shower handle upstairs led to a leak to a room downstairs. UWRG McKinney was among a number of companies I contacted. My greatest compliment aside from the resolution of my problem is Craig’s communication. Calls/texts/emails were promptly answered/replied to. I was so impressed with Craig and his coworker Carlos. He was the first water mitigation company I called after a flood in my house. They showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost midnight. Making sure that fans were set up and baseboards were removed so that the drying process could begin. I called UWRG for a quote after a broken pipe leaked water into our bathroom wall for a few days. Craig came out and was very thorough in his visual inspection! He was very professional and informative. Craig was fantastic throughout the remediation and rebuild process. He gave a very thorough quote and took the time to break it down for us.
