Craig and his subcontractors were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. Craig always showed up when he said he would, provided much-needed advice, performed the water mitigation and clean up portion of our repairs as he said he would, and was just an all around nice guy. I had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group of McKinney after water flooded my kitchen. Their team was prompt, professional, and respectful from the start. They showed up quickly, explained the mitigation process clearly, and treated my home with care. What I appreciated most was that they were thorough without being excessive. Craig is honest, thorough and transparent. He was very responsive and helpful and helped us evaluate our water damage within the week we called him. Came out the next day to assess and back in 2 days for exploration. Amidst likely others affected by the freeze, I felt very appreciative of his hard work and commitment. His pricing was fair and his integrity shines through.

I was so impressed with Craig and his coworker Carlos. He was the first water mitigation company I called after a flood in my house. They showed up at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until almost midnight. Making sure that fans were set up and baseboards were removed so that the drying process could begin. I called UWRG for a quote after a broken pipe leaked water into our bathroom wall for a few days. Craig came out and was very thorough in his visual inspection! He was very professional and informative. Craig was fantastic throughout the remediation and rebuild process. He gave a very thorough quote and took the time to break it down for us.
