United water did a great job remediating our water and mold damage. They showed up when they said they would, took great care of the areas the were working in, and were responsive to our questions. Our secondary testing to make sure all the mold was gone came back clean, so they did what they were hired to do!

The emergency leak detection plumber recommended United to mitigate damage and possible mold contamination due to a water leak in my wall. Zach from United arrived fast, assessed what happened and advised me of what he observed and what should be done. Within minutes, dehydrators and an air scrubber were fired up. They bid a reasonable price, and performed the work with no change orders or hidden expenses. They cleaned up the mold in a very thorough manner. The cut outs that they did to test for mold behind the sheet rock were neat and easy for me to patch up. My neighbors who witnessed the work since I was gone in Alaska advised me that I got my dollars worth! good job, guys.

I arrived home from vacation to find a leak in my master bath/bedroom. My plumber arrived within 2 hours and highly recommended United Water Restoration. Within 2 more hours there was a team in my home to dry out the walls etc. They were efficient, arrived daily to rotate drying equipment, and did a great job. Dennis Irwin & his team were terrific. Highly recommend!

I called United Water Restoration to help with mold remediation after testing showed mold behind some drywall in my home. Zach was very courteous and professional. He continued to follow up with me each step of the way from start to finish, each and every time being courteous and understanding while I dealt with numerous delays.
