They bid a reasonable price, and performed the work with no change orders or hidden expenses. They cleaned up the mold in a very thorough manner. The cut outs that they did to test for mold behind the sheet rock were neat and easy for me to patch up. My neighbors who witnessed the work since I was gone in Alaska advised me that I got my dollars worth! good job, guys.

I arrived home from vacation to find a leak in my master bath/bedroom. My plumber arrived within 2 hours and highly recommended United Water Restoration. Within 2 more hours there was a team in my home to dry out the walls etc. They were efficient, arrived daily to rotate drying equipment, and did a great job. Dennis Irwin & his team were terrific. Highly recommend!

Dennis did a great job handling our major irrigation system failure that flooded our garage while we were not home. We called late Sunday afternoon after stopping the flow. He showed up minutes later and set up drying equipment. He inspected daily and removed the equipment when drywall was dry in 4 days. A couple of months later, we don't see or smell any mold thanks to the quick service and proper drying. It was worth the price.

I called United Water Restoration to help with mold remediation after testing showed mold behind some drywall in my home. Zach was very courteous and professional. He continued to follow up with me each step of the way from start to finish, each and every time being courteous and understanding while I dealt with numerous delays. Dennis came out gave estimate and what need to be done. The work Dennis did was really great and told me what he was doing every step. I would use them again. But hope never have to.
