Rodney was very transparent about what I should expect about the service and cost. I was unsure about my schedule, Rodney remained patient. When the time came for me to book the service, the tech, Alfonso and another nice young man came out the next day and they were so organized and respectful. I called United Restoration Group for an issue discovered shortly after Hurricane Beryl came through. They showed up at my home on short notice to diagnose the visions issue and start the process of drying out the wall. I was able to get a thorough explanation of what happened and what to expect to happen next. They gave me an update everyday until the project was complete, and let me know my options when it came to certain ways to go on the project. Would highly recommend.

I had a waterline burst in my home, causing flooding throughout. My HOI contacted United Water Restoration to begin clean up efforts, and assess the water damages. The team was there within a couple of hours of being contacted and wasted no time in getting my home water vacuumed, placing HVACs throughout. They explained the entire process and came out daily to monitor moisture levels. All damaged materials that could potentially cause mold and mildew were also removed. UWRG helped us after another mitigation company failed to remove all moisture and damage from a water loss in our master bath and closet. Alfanzo was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Rodney and his team really took care of us and made sure everything was properly treated. The whole team was knowledgeable, made sure all of our questions were answered and guided us through the entire process. If ever in need again, UWRG will be my 1st call.

Excellent company! Arrived quicker than expected, the technician was very professional yet personable. After meeting the owner I understood, his employees are a representation of him and the company! Ohh, very affordable compared to the competition! That's very, very important. Hopefully you won't need this service, but if you do, use a pro. Water damage is no joke! If not done correctly in the beginning you'll be asking for problems down the line.
