We had a major water leak from the attic all the way down to the first floor due to a faulty water heater installation. It was a stressful and overwhelming situation, especially because it happened over the weekend. But even on a Sunday, this amazing company came out to help. United handled my situation better than expected. At all time the owner, project leader and crew were highly respectful. Communication was amazing and the work done was exceptional. Kudos to United for responding to my emergency within hours to help begin the process of the mitigation. Quality equipment was used and the overall outcome was beyond my expectations.

These guys came out the same day I had a water leak. They were definitely an answer to prayer! It took several days for cleanup, stabilization and demolition due to my flooding but during it all they were very clean, prompt, courteous, and gracious. These guys are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Rodney Washington and his team at United Water Restoration Group of Missouri City get a 10 out of 10. We discovered black mold in bathroom due to a leaking pipe. They came in and assessed the black mold, removed, cleaned, and treated the area. They checked in and communicated daily why the moisture levels were and what the next steps would be.
