Alfamzo and his team were awesome. Very responsive, professional, polite, and extremely customer focused. Excellent communication with frequent updates and flexibility in scheduling their work around our needs. They left the area they repaired spotless. United handled my situation better than expected. At all time the owner, project leader and crew were highly respectful. Communication was amazing and the work done was exceptional. Kudos to United for responding to my emergency within hours to help begin the process of the mitigation. Quality equipment was used and the overall outcome was beyond my expectations.
