United handled my situation better than expected. At all time the owner, project leader and crew were highly respectful. Communication was amazing and the work done was exceptional. Kudos to United for responding to my emergency within hours to help begin the process of the mitigation. Quality equipment was used and the overall outcome was beyond my expectations.

Rodney and his team did an amazing job on helping me fix the water damage and mold in my rental property so I can get it ready to sell. They worked with me was I went through insurance and were flexible around my schedule. I'm glad I found them and could not recommend any higher than this team for the job!

Nobody wants to find mold in their house. But from the restoration consultation by Rodney, he helped to put us at ease and walk us through the whole process. He and his team were extremely professional, excellent communicators, and were very thorough. I would recommend United Restoration Water Group to anyone to is ever in the situation of needing to rid their house of mold!

Hurricane Beryl left us with water damage and after much research of where to turn I am grateful I chose United Water Restoration Group to help. I had a waterline burst in my home, causing flooding throughout. My HOI contacted United Water Restoration to begin clean up efforts, and assess the water damages. The team was there within a couple of hours of being contacted and wasted no time in getting my home water vacuumed, placing HVACs throughout.
