Mold had developed in my basement caused by a leak. I called United Water Restoration Group and Munesh was able to come out the next day. I was in distress because I've never had to deal with something like this before. United Water Restoration Group offered a great experience for a terrible thing to happen. At my house there was a leak from an upstairs bathroom that caused damaged throughout two walls and a ceiling. They dried the area out and replaced drywall where needed. Everything went fast and smooth. Thanks again Munesh for helping me and my family through this stressful experience.

When they heard about our situation they came by very quickly even though it was on the weekend. They were professional and knowledgeable, our damage wasn’t extensive but if we needed more work, we would definitely reach out again!

Munesh and his crew were absolutely fantastic. When you’re in a situation like water(sewer, at that🙄) destruction you need someone that knows what they’re doing and is a comfort to you in your time of distress. From time of first call to them being on site, from a hour and a half away, was next day. They were in assessing the damage and getting ready for plumbing repairs which were done the following day. This company is absolutely amazing, we had quite the situation in our home and they handled it great, it made us feel more as ease knowing we had professionals who knew what they were doing and were very fast paced!! customer service 10/10 if need be 100% would reach out again!
