I still can’t get over how much I love United Water Restoration for their customer service and hard work ! Saturday night at 10PM my water heater burst. I had to call an on call plumber who recommended united. Spoke to Whitney and Sean, who dispatched Jason there within 40 minutes, and he immediately started working to get everything dried up. This morning I got up at 3:00 a.m. to get ready for work and I found half of my house flooded from one of the guest bathroom toilet. A dried areas out as much as I can. I called United Water Restoration Group, these guys pick up the phone right away and they were in my house within like an hour. They got their measurement done assess all the area. Thanks so much to the great team at United Water Restoration Group in North Port who serviced our Condo at 175 Kings Hwy Apt 216 in Port Charlotte. Especially I want to thank Rebecca, Jason and Nick for the great work they did in a quick and professional manner in cleaning and restoring our home caused by a water leak resulting in a large mold infestation. First time using this company, had large areas that needed cleaning due to bodily fluids. Nick worked by himself cleaning 2 bathrooms, the main bedroom and hallway. He was patient, attentive and genuinely concerned for the homeowners well being and the quality of his work. He took what was an overwhelming accident and made it better. Thank you Nick for your dedication to quality and hard work, you deserve a big raise!

My boyfriend and I just bought a home that had some growth under the kitchen sink. We had no idea what to do or who to call. Thankfully, a friend referred Whitney.
