WE had under house pipe break and flood. United Water came within hours, and took care of the water - Did much work to help drying - and installed many drying machines. It took a while, but all is fully dry now. Their work was efficient, and they kept us informed of all progress.
Got home Thursday night at 10:30 to water everywhere in the house. Leaking pipe in the bathroom. We were gone for 8 days. Heaven only knows how long the H20 was running. My H.O. Insurance recommended these guys - and the showed up at 11:30 to suck up water. They did a wonderful control job and stayed until 1:30 am. Back the next day at 10 and worked all day helping up move furniture, wet boxes ugh! It was a mess. Rachael and Nick worked so hard for hours! We ae so thankful for their efforts. Rebecca has been amazing to work with. She is reliable and quickly set up the equipment, answering any questions we had and explaining the process throughly. Since we have never had water damage in our home prior to the pipe leak, it was nice to be guided through the process, step by step. We are happy we went with this company!
Rebecca Pistilli was our employee from United Water Restoration who set up all the equipment necessary to dry out our water leak. We had a leak under the concrete in our utility room which was the reason for their service. Rebecca is very polite and efficient and managed to dry out all the wall board that got wet. She also helped my husband position our dryer hose which got moved when they had to locate the leak under the concrete.
