Rebecca was kind enough to leave Sarasota to come to my house when she heard about my water leak, knowing that she would need to return to Sarasota afterward. She explained everything clearly, assessed the areas affected thoroughly, and set up the fans to begin the drying process. She came to my house each day to assess progress, and she reported the results to me. I was very happy with her service and appreciated her thoughtfulness during this stressful time.
This morning I got up at 3:00 a.m. to get ready for work and I found half of my house flooded from one of the guest bathroom toilet. A dried areas out as much as I can.
