Rebecca has been amazing to work with. She is reliable and quickly set up the equipment, answering any questions we had and explaining the process throughly. Since we have never had water damage in our home prior to the pipe leak, it was nice to be guided through the process, step by step. We are happy we went with this company!
Overall, the restoration of The Island School building following Hurricane Milton was average/satisfactory. While United Water Restoration Group of North Port completed the necessary clean-up repairs, there were noticeable differences in organization and cleanliness compared to the restoration after Hurricane Helene. The belongings were not as neatly organized or systematically restored, and the floor was not as thoroughly cleaned as it was by the previous company. I still can’t get over how much I love United Water Restoration for their customer service and hard work ! Saturday night at 10PM my water heater burst. I had to call an on call plumber who recommended united. Spoke to Whitney and Sean, who dispatched Jason there within 40 minutes, and he immediately started working to get everything dried up.
