These guys are excellent! They put us at ease at a very trying time. We had a drain line leak that destroyed our kitchen. They were on the scene quickly, set up dehumidifiers, and air filters. They seamlessly worked with our insurance company and adjuster. Royce Korey and Doug worked with us throughout the process, setting up the daily monitoring times that worked best for our schedule. Everyone was always very professional and courteous.

In this time of despair as my house has significant black mold throughout, Korey and Doug were meticulous in identifying area problems which has been making me sick. They were prompt in the scheduled time of their services and professional in the delivery. I have worked with United Restoration thrice since August 2023, starting with Idalia and now with Debbie. I called at 1 a.m. during Idalia and spoke to Luis. He was at my home as soon as the roads were driveable and did a magnificent job on the house, which had flooded due to the storm. United Water is top notch. Everyone on the staff is professional with great communication skills. The techs, Korey and Louis, were prompt, courteous, and took complete care of the mold issue in my bathroom. When the job was finished, they left my place immaculate. Would highly recommend!

After a cracked pipe, we were put in contact with United Water Restoration Group for remediation due to water damage. I am so glad that we were connected with Luis! Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and made you feel like family. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Luis was upfront about costs, procedures, and timelines. Although no one ever wants to be in the position to deal with water damage, Luis helps make the ordeal less scary. I will/would recommend Luis to anyone in need of restoration!
