I had a really good experience with United Water Restoration. I had a tremendous amount of mold in my kitchen as a result of Hurricane Milton. Luis helped me figure out what needed done and he sent a top crew over to do the work. Royce and Joey got the job done quickly and efficiently. They did everything from start to finish. They were so very good at handling this stuff. I highly recommend these guys when you need mold remediation. Here are some pics --- just a couple... They got rid of all this stuff!

I was impressed that I had a leak occur last night during a storm, submitted a request on their website 15 minutes later, and by that night received a call and had an appointment for the next morning, where they were able to set up the solution immediately. I had the pleasure of having Royce & Joey come to fix up my water damage. Doug and Luis were fantastic! I was very stressful about the water leak in my home. Doug was very supportive, knowledgeable and caring. Luis and his team are great! Our hot water heater broke and leaked all over flooring. Luis responded right away (even after 5pm) and went right to work. We feel very confident in his work, his expertise and ability to work with insurance company. We appreciate Luis’s and his team’s professionalism.

Royce H and Joey knocked it out of the park with a bio remediation. As a plumber, guys that are willing to do this work makes ours easier and I thank them so much for providing amazing customer service and response. Way to go guys!
