So on Wednesday July 17th around 7:30p my basement was completely flooded with water. I called several “reputable” plumbing companies they were supposedly 24/7, but no one could assist me. When I called on a Saturday afternoon about a flood in my basement, Indira, her husband and brother-in-law responded within an hour. I'd already stopped the leak and they went right to work. After measuring the moisture content of the carpet and surrounding drywall, they quickly pulled up the carpet, disposed of the padding, cut out the affected drywall and brought in several brought in floor fans and a dehumidifier.
