United water was unbelievably helpful And quick!! They were at our house within the hour and stayed until they were 100% certain everything was dry and taken care of. The team was so kind and reassured us that everything was going to be well taken care of and it was!! Hopefully we don’t need to use them again, but if anyone else does I highly recommend them!

Outstanding service. We were out of town when flood occurred in our master bath. Water went through three floors of the house. But United Water was at our house within 30 minutes of me calling. They got to work and four hours later when I arrived they had everything under control. Indira, Marvin and Roger took care of us like we were there own family checking in and following up for Five days straight. Hope I never go through this again but if I do at least I know they are around to help restore things back! Thanks again... read more

I recently worked with United Water Restoration Group for smoke removal at my home after a fire-related incident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and understanding during a very stressful time. They did an excellent job removing smoke odor and thoroughly cleaning the affected areas. I definitely recommend them if you ever need their services.

We are SO thankful for United Water Restoration Group. We had an unexpected flooding situation at our new home and are so glad we came across this group via an online search. They were at our house within 30 mins and took care of the situation with professionalism and compassion, easing our anxieties. They did a great job with remediation and so we trusted them with remodeling the home as well. They are communicative, conscientious, and helpful throughout the whole process!

When we found mold in the bedroom that was to be our sons, in the new house we just bought, we knew we wanted a professional to take care of it. The team from United Water Restoration Group of Reisterstown came out so fast to do an evaluation, and started the work the next day. When the work began, a team member came out multiple times to show me photos as they progressed through the work, to explain what they were uncovering, and finally they uncovered the root of the problem, an air gap that has been there for who knows ho... read more
