Jason, Gabor, Nick and Sean did excellent work, they responded immediately to a short notice flooding situation and were on top of everything. They checked in daily to check that the water levels were receding and drying out. I highly recommend this company if you ever face a flooding issue in your home. Additional after water was all cleaned out they brought in a demo/packing team. Find another company!!! Even in an emergency situation find another company. They are so over priced that my insurance company refused to pay the full bill and I had to cover the remaining balance out of pocket. It took 5 days of me, the homeowner, requesting them to drill small holes in the wall , for air flow and hopefully avoiding mold, they finally did. It was too late and now I am dealing with mold. He handled the situation with great professionalism, ensuring every problem was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The crew was incredibly organized, working together seamlessly. Evaluation of situation and services arranged by my insurance company, Technician Gabor came out as scheduled and was not only able to evaluate the situation that day but had the equipment necessary for the three-day remediation effort. Also called and checked that the costs would be handled by my insurance company. There was another follow-up check on the next day by Nick who took more measurements and stated that they would be back on Monday and likely the situation would be resolved and the equipment removed. I cannot express enough how professional and caring Sean Tucker and his team were in the aftermath of the hurricanes. They provided the necessary help and equipment to completely remove the drywall, mold, and disinfect all the affected areas. During such a difficult time, they provided the help and reassurance our life could be back to normal soon. I would highly recommend this knowledgable and professional company to anyone in need.
