We recently had water damage in our home and called United Water Restoration Group. We were fortunate to have Rebecca Pistilli as our technician. She arrived within an hour of our phone call, even though it was late in the afternoon. Rebecca took all her measurements, showed us where the water/moisture was located. Diagnosis of slab leak: Sean was thorough in the inspection, and clearly explained the problem, the issues, and the possible solutions. Plus he was friendly and personable. I would give him a 15 on a 1-5 scale. We are very impressed with his professionalism and clarity.

Great company. Fast and knowledgeable. I had a leak in kitchen and they were there within 45 min and getting the water up and drying in no time. House was back to normal in a few days. Recommend them to anyone.
