Excellent experience all around! Rob and team were professional, prompt, and thorough in both the estimation phase and the delivery of the work. We also appreciated that they pointed our issues with our attic and roof construction that contributed to the mold to help us ensure that we will not have a repeat issue.

Rob quickly called my attention to several effective, proportional, and affordable steps to remediate a very unwanted mold intrusion in my home-office area. He fully addressed my questions, laying out all of the available options and executing the task successfully. He was courteous and thorough, and his work and that of the crew were fully professional from start to finish.
Rob is competent, caring and very honest. I had a very upsetting problem a leaking toilet which I did not know was happening, leaked for what must have been a very long time, rendering the ceiling beams wet and moldy. Rob was very diligent, always informed me of progress and whatever issues arose. He worked through the weekend and left the house mold free. My housekeeper said he did such a good job cleaning up she didn t need to do anything in that area. I have no hesitation in recommending the company unconditionally.
I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the crew, the high quality of the work, and the project was completed as scheduled. During the work, Rob was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He was very helpful in making suggestions and giving us advice on related details. After the work was done, I realized how important it was to have someone as knowledgeable and pleasant as Rob, and his crew, to do the job.
Getting mold in the home is a tough situation, but the guys that came out handled it very well. Great association to turn to in this situation.
