This company is top notch incredible - we needed emergency services after a basement flood and they came within the hour - which really limited our damage. They took care of all the emergency services, connected with our insurance company, and also took care of the restoration. United Water Restoration Group of Toronto completed a tear out of my basement after the flooding of this past July. They showed up promptly and worked continuously until the job was completed. All non damaged property was meticulously wrapped and protected. Numerous fans and dehumidifiers were left behind for days to dry the area. Consequently, no mould or odours developed. Zsolt and his team renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms in our condo. They did a great job and we're really happy with the results. Zsolt's communication throughout the renovations was on point and he did a great job scheduling his crew. The whole project was completed within 5 weeks of his team starting. I would hire Zsolt again and recommend him to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Hello, We recently had our basement redone with United water restoration. This company is very easy to work with and the job quality was the best!!! Our basement was fixed in a timely manner and I have zero complaints!!! We hope to be using them to renovate our upstairs bathroom in the coming months. Great team!!!!

These company vehicles keep illegally parking infront my condo garage entrance preventing safe two way traffic in and out of the garage. And especially now that it's icy out, it's just a matter of time until someone gets stuck or straight up just crashes into one of these cars. It's so inconsiderate and disrespectful.
