I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the two men who inspected my crawl space last week. After a thorough search, Javier Ramirez, Mitigation Manager, reported their findings with proof (pictures of a humidity sensor reading), and gave me the advice that no work was necessary saving me thousands of dollars. I deeply appreciated the honesty.
Javier has done an incredible job managing a severe water disaster at my rental house. He has made a complex project with multiple subs run seamlessly and answers his phone every time I call. There were some issues with insurance and he went above and beyond to explain the problems and documented everything to make review streamlined. I could not imagine handling this without him.
