We had a major roof leak during a winter storm in December and called Javier at 3 AM when we saw water coming out of our ceiling. Not only did he immediately pick up but he was professional, knowledgeable, and came to our home that same day to help us figure out what to do. He worked with our insurance company to handle mitigation and repairs, and his team was professional, thorough, and reliable. We accidentally flooded our primary bathroom. It was 10:30 pm and Javier from Untied Restorations came out to our place writhing 45 minutes of our call. He set up fans right away. They came back the following mori g 8:30 am and started cleanup and drywall removal. They worked hard and accomplished the work within a week while allowing for dry time.
