I wanted to find a dental office closer to home so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Palm Desert. After a ton of research, I decided to try Universal Dental and I’m really glad I did. I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days out. When I arrived, I was greeted by a couple of warm, smiling faces. Great service! Dr Jang is amazing and very skillful, it’s hard to tell the fillings from your real teeth 😃 First time I felt kinda lost as he didn’t explain much what needed to be done, but second time he explained, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Highly recommended

amazing dentist! Very professional, gentle, and thorough. The office is clean, the staff is welcoming, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. I feel completely comfortable here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist

This was my first and last visit to this office. While the staff were polite, the overall experience was less than stellar. I came in for a routine cleaning, but the process was far from standard. They struggled to get proper x-rays, taking nearly 25–30 images, some without a lead vest. During this process, the assistant repeatedly left the room, placed the mouthpiece on the wall, then reinserted it into my mouth without rewrapping it (gross).
