I visited the location on West Hibiscus today. Very short wait with a full waiting area. Chelsea helped me at the front desk to communicate an issue to my technologist and they were just very polite and accommodating. Jodie was AMAZING! Made me feel super comfortable. Gave really clear instructions and explanations. So professional while also being so kind. Thank you!
The check in process was really easy and smooth. I had two techs I saw during my appointment. Stephanie did my echo and she was so cool, personable and sweet. Was an absolute joy to chat with! I saw Kim for my CT and she was also very sweet and listened to what I had to say, which I greatly appreciated! 100% would recommend this place for any type of imaging needed.
I walked in today to set an appointment and I worked with Brittany at the front desk who went above and beyond what I expected (I had called earlier and was told what to expect). Unfortunately I won't be able to keep my appointment but I have been here in the past and I have found them to be efficient and helpful. But huge thank you to Brittany who was kind, efficient, and professional. She's a credit to UCI!
Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful. I’m elderly and had been in an accident a few weeks ago, and still get a little confused. She was so kind to me, she actually filled out my check-in form. She was so patient with me, I hope CTI values what a good employee she is. I would highly recommend UTI Imaging in Melbourne. Also, Marilyn did my Ultrasound to see if I had a blood clot in my leg. Very poor phone / text contact. First appointment was cancelled because testing person couldn’t make it, but text didn’t say ‘cancelled’ or ‘reschedule’. Just call and there was no option to say why. Didn’t find out till showed up, all prepared for nothing . Second time lacked reminder text. Personnel are good, but contact is very poor.
