Felt like the doctor knew what he was talking about with my condition but you can’t get into contact with him, nurses, any staff etc. communication is really bad at this office. They will book you multiple appointments for something that could be done in one appointment. Everybody I tried to contact about my frustration either wouldn’t respond(shocking) or did nothing about it. Make sure to get the app if you want somebody to contact you because that’s the only way I’ve gotten through. Currently looking for new pain manageme... read more

As usual, Dr. Jaycox is a brilliant, compassionate, highly competent, thoughtful physician. He is patient and understanding in trying to treat my very difficult condition. I’m grateful for Dr. Jaycox. He’s a wonderful doctor.

My daughter and I felt instantly at easy with Dr. Jaycox. He took the time to listen and spoke directly to her with calm confidence and genuine care. We left feeling reassured and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.

I saw Dr. B for a diagnostic nerve block and I can’t speak more highly of he and his staff. I’ve never met more pleasant people in a medical setting - especially at check in. Even when I called to cancel my follow-up, since he and I spoke personally, they staff were just as pleasant as the first time.

Today I had a procedure because I have been suffering from extreme spasms down both legs and they only happen at night. I have been sleep deprived for almost 9 months and afraid to sleep because of this pain. I can’t wait to be able to sleep for the first time in a while! Other doctors have not been able to arrest this pain or are willing to assist me... read more
