My experience at Rush Oakbrook surgery center was absolutely amazing! Right down to the girl at the check in desk. Lisa my nurse was so pleasant very sweet explained everything thoroughly. Ali the x-ray tech was great held my hand and everything!!! Barb the anesthesiologist was amazing at calming my nerves. They were all wonderful!! Ali even bought Starbucks ❤️.Of course Dr Jaycox was the star. He is very good at explaining and making you understand everything . He was extremely knowledgeale and also listened. I was thankful for him. He gave good advice and said he would work with me regarding my severe spinal stenosis after I got through my upcoming surgery. He was a bit rushed, as there were many patients there. I am sure he is busy because of his experience and wisdom. I wish it was not as long a distance for me to drive to him ( 2 and a 1/2 hours). That part is challenging for me, but his expertise is worth that stress. Thank you for caring. Chronic pain is grueling.
My daughter and I felt instantly at easy with Dr. Jaycox. He took the time to listen and spoke directly to her with calm confidence and genuine care. We left feeling reassured and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.
Felt like the doctor knew what he was talking about with my condition but you can’t get into contact with him, nurses, any staff etc. communication is really bad at this office. They will book you multiple appointments for something that could be done in one appointment. Everybody I tried to contact about my frustration either wouldn’t respond(shocking) or did nothing about it. Dr Jaycox met with me before my surgery date and designed a plan to manage my pain before during and after surgery. This was by far the best experience ive had with pre-post surgery.
