It is a cozy and welcoming place. The facilities are clean and the instructors are friendly. Some of the classes are intense and push you close to your limits, and I really feel like I am improving myself whenever I go.
Facility is beautiful. The staff on the other hand, usually not so much. Feels like we’re at boot camp with all the rules. Lifeguards are very young that love telling adults & kids what to do. They love the authority. It’s like a cult. Too many rules for such a beautiful building
It's awesome if you want pool access. It's clean and the staff are so polite and attentive. Front desk staff are welcoming. It's less than expected if you have kids. There are very limited classes available in comparison to other branches, like Quakertown or Boyertown. They've even eliminated the older kid zone. No martial arts or sports for pre-teens and teens (unless they like volleyball or pickleball). I'm happy about the pool, but so disappointed that kids older than toddlers have nothing to do. It's the best "YMCA" that we have had membership to. From Facilities, to workout equipment, to staffing, to community members. We just moved to PA and joined within 2 days. Our daughter joined swim team and plays volleyball. Thank you all! Very helpful and understanding.
Friendly staff. Facility is always spotless. From the gym and locker rooms to the pool and bathrooms. So happy we got a family membership here. Prices are great too!
