This was my 1st time going in this place. I've heard so many good things about it from friends. My 2 teen daughters brought some items in and recieved a nice chunk of store credit. The staff were friendly and put up with my toddler running around the store while we waiting. He's a mess so I greatly appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience for my first time and we will be back to shop for sure!
I love the atmosphere. They have much better selection than most other thrift stores. It’s a bit pricier but nowhere close to what you’d pay at a big retailer. Great for back to school shopping for the kiddos or even updating your wardrobe. They offer birthday discounts and the staff if super friendly.
I went to this place to sell a bunch of jeans that I had, all from the Buckle, (daytrip, big Star, miss me) all in excellent condition. They didn't take any of them because of the size. 33" to 36" waist. No stains, tears nothing. Like new ,excellent condition. Guess they only cater to skinny people. So if you have meat on your bones don't waste your time. And the lady at the buy counter was less than pleasant. I won't be back again.
NOT PERMITTED TO TRY ON CERTAIN ITEMS UNTIL YOU PROMISE TO BUY OR EVEN PAY FOR THEM FIRST! I found the MK shoes I needed for my feet that split in half from a previous accident. I asked to try them on, and they refused to allow me to try on the other shoe until I was ready to purchase them. I need to try on both shoes due to both my feet having enlarged after surgery. Clean and well organized store with lots of great options! I really appreciated the caring customer service we received from the nice guy who helped check me out as well. I'll definitely be returning next time I am in the area!
