The location on grand parkway and spring stuebner was very organized and clean. I felt very comfortable shopping there. I found 3 very good items; including the best jeans ever by good american.

Overall, the store was clean and well organized. The main reason I’m giving this location three stars is due to how security tags are handled. Every single item—even items priced as low as $7.99—had a security tag. While I understand the need for loss prevention, the placement of these tags is very poorly done. Many items were uncomfortable or nearly impossible to try on because the tags dug into my skin or blocked proper fitting. My second issue is with the pricing of bags. Staff was very kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They also gave good prices for the clothes I sold to them. Very organized store, color coded clothing. Easy to navigate sizes. Clean store. Highly recommend.

I had never worked with a resale shop before until Uptown Cheapskate in Spring. I read all the reviews and there were more positive reviews about the Spring location vs. The Woodlands. I am so glad I did. They were fabulous. Kind, respectful and relaxed. I had 4 huge industrial bags of clothes, which they allowed me to bring in one at a time. The employees were cool no problems with them. I found some pretty nice things, prices were decent. I did put a pair of Tory Burch sandals on hold for 30 minutes, saw her put them in the hold bin and they magically were sold to someone else, shady.
