Overall, the store was clean and well organized. The main reason I’m giving this location three stars is due to how security tags are handled. Every single item—even items priced as low as $7.99—had a security tag. While I understand the need for loss prevention, the placement of these tags is very poorly done. Many items were uncomfortable or nearly impossible to try on because the tags dug into my skin or blocked proper fitting. My second issue is with the pricing of bags. We love this particular location. Always great service. ALL of the staff is so friendly and they are quick. There is tons of quality selection; clean, gently used, rarely worn or dirty items and prices are reasonable too! Cash/Credit buy ivalue is consistent and fair!! ** This is the best location in NW Houston by far!
I drove quite a ways over to this store. I thought they could've given me more for my clothes. I brought them some nice stuff. I got a low ball number. The register girl was dumb or being dumb towards me and I was annoyed. It's in a nice area though.
I've been looking for a specific vintage bag for a couple of years. I'm out of town and notice the bag on their Instagram. I called to see how I could purchase it, as I am out of the state. The process was made easy but most importantly, I secured the bag. Happy Birthday to me!!😍
Since learning about Uptown Cheapskate opening in Pearland soon, I've visiting four other locations in the greater Houston area. The service at Spring location surpassed all other stores by ions! The staff was very friendly and attentive from the front door, to the floor to the fitting room and finishing at checkout!
