I drove quite a ways over to this store. I thought they could've given me more for my clothes. I brought them some nice stuff. I got a low ball number. The register girl was dumb or being dumb towards me and I was annoyed. It's in a nice area though.
I've been looking for a specific vintage bag for a couple of years. I'm out of town and notice the bag on their Instagram. I called to see how I could purchase it, as I am out of the state. The process was made easy but most importantly, I secured the bag. Happy Birthday to me!!😍
My beautician mentioned about this location that just opened up. I came in to sell some clothes that I no longer wear As I was waiting, I found two workout tops in the colors that I was looking for, that was awesome 🤩 The employees that work at the store are very friendly and explained everything. The store has that brand new smell 🙂 & clean. Well organized and easy to find things Will be returning
I was planning to buy some Nike sweatpants at Academy, but I decided to stop at Uptown Cheapskate to see if I could find a pair at a lower price. I ended up leaving with not just one pair, but three—plus a blouse for work! Four items for the price I would’ve paid for one pair of sweats. The cashier was friendly, and the store was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be back.
I recently sold some clothes to the new Uptown Cheapskate in Spring, TX, and had a great experience! Although the store isn't open for shopping yet, they’re currently buying clothes to get ready for their grand opening later this month, which I think is a cool way to get the community involved early and get the word out.
