The location on grand parkway and spring stuebner was very organized and clean. I felt very comfortable shopping there. I found 3 very good items; including the best jeans ever by good american.
This is not the store to sell your items I don’t know if it’s just my style or what but I brought it some decent clothes didn’t expect them to buy everything but they tried to purchase 34 of my items for $2 a piece.Mind you the shirts they selected were some Travis Scott, Harley Davidson, Y2K Nike and other popular name branded items. I expected to be lowballed for sure but $2 an item is ridiculous.if you just want to donate your clothes this is the spot for you. Everyone was really nice and helpful. A guy brought me a cart bc he noticed I was carrying a lot (and he offered), someone went into the hallway outside the changing rooms to let me know when closing time was approaching (but they didn’t try to rush me), the cashier was really fast and made friendly conversation, and someone even held the door for my mother (who’s disabled) and me. 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be coming again when I need more clothes!
Overall, the store was clean and well organized. The main reason I’m giving this location three stars is due to how security tags are handled. Every single item—even items priced as low as $7.99—had a security tag. While I understand the need for loss prevention, the placement of these tags is very poorly done. Many items were uncomfortable or nearly impossible to try on because the tags dug into my skin or blocked proper fitting. My second issue is with the pricing of bags. Staff was very kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable. They also gave good prices for the clothes I sold to them. Very organized store, color coded clothing. Easy to navigate sizes. Clean store. Highly recommend.
