Urban Cleaners did a great job on my daughter’s Moose Knuckles coat. The coat is light blue and was stained bad my initial concerns were that the coat might come back discolored and still stained. That wasn’t the case when I picked the coat up it looked brand new again like the first day it was purchased. I’m very pleased with the service. My clothes were cleaned thoroughly and returned in excellent condition. Everything was neatly pressed and carefully packed. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. Orders are always ready on time. A dependable place for quality dry cleaning at a fair price.
Clean, efficient “green” cleaners. More expensive than most but they do a careful job and have great customer service. I take my fine cashmere and silks to them, trusting that they will treat them with care. They make transactions easy by having my credit card on file. I’m in and out in under a minute They send a thank you text after you drop off which I do not appreciate but no big feal
How are the reviews here so high genuinely… I gave them a brand new tommy Bahama shirt to have dry cleaned and pressed and it comes back with a ton of damage visible. Completely different color and all these white spots all over it where the color was blown completely off the fibers. You can see it 3 inches to left of the buttons #4, #6, #7. So so so glad I did not bring my nicer shirts here. They work really fast though if that matters. So maybe good for wool woven suits or sweaters. But silk does not respond well to their ... read more
I'd give 10* if I could. I have taken numerous silk painted, embossed, and embroidered kimonos to this location. All of them have been cleaned without any damage and are handled with care. I live 2.5hr away, so I always email in advance to see if they can do a same day turnaround on Saturday. They don't usually run the plant on Saturdays, but they have been so kind as to do this more than once to accommodate my schedule.
