It sort of pains me to leave this review, but I thought long and hard about it and felt it was the right thing to do. Very professional! So happy they were able to clean my coma inducer jumbo comforter! It was expensive but makes sense given the size. Nonetheless, super happy as the hand off was quick and easy! Plus they delivered it directly to my door. :-)
I’m very pleased with the service. My clothes were cleaned thoroughly and returned in excellent condition. Everything was neatly pressed and carefully packed. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. Orders are always ready on time. A dependable place for quality dry cleaning at a fair price.
We live in Colorado but come to the Skokie area monthly. These guys are the best. We highly recommend Urban Cleaners and wish they had a Colorado location.
