It sort of pains me to leave this review, but I thought long and hard about it and felt it was the right thing to do. The reason I decided to do so after bringing my dry cleaning business exclusively to this location for about the last 4-5 years is the obvious deterioration in customer service over the past year or so. Urban Cleaners did a great job on my daughter’s Moose Knuckles coat. The coat is light blue and was stained bad my initial concerns were that the coat might come back discolored and still stained. That wasn’t the case when I picked the coat up it looked brand new again like the first day it was purchased. Very professional! So happy they were able to clean my coma inducer jumbo comforter! It was expensive but makes sense given the size. Nonetheless, super happy as the hand off was quick and easy! Plus they delivered it directly to my door. :-)
I’m very pleased with the service. My clothes were cleaned thoroughly and returned in excellent condition. Everything was neatly pressed and carefully packed. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. Orders are always ready on time. A dependable place for quality dry cleaning at a fair price.
