Where should I start? I was in my unit for less than a year. Had it robbed three times. All of my deceased best friends belongings were stolen the first time and I am still heartbroken. The security on this place sucks, but I guess security to the building doesn't necessarily matter when most thefts are being done by other customers of the facility. And what happens? Update: Returned a year later to find our car just as we left it...safe and sound. We picked up our car and gave notice. Cory who was attentive, helpful and professional informed us that we had money coming back since we pre paid and we were leaving early. He got all our contact info and we concluded our business. Great location, super secure, I recommended this place highly. Better than public storage in my opinion
I arrived with a van full of furniture, on my way to a competitors location. I stopped at Extra Storage on a whim, to quickly compare pricing and accessibility. It was all a super easy, stress free experience, made all the easier by the knowledgeable and kind service provided by Cory at the front desk. Extra space storage is absolutely amazing. I needed a storage immediately and with no hassle I was able to go online, pick the size I want, pay for it, get a code sent to my phone and sign a few things and Done! Upon arrival the facility is clean and very well taken care of. They offered me a complementary lock and there was a cart ready and handy. They made everything so simple. I highly recommend them to everyone. And their prices are unbeatable!
