This office is beautiful! ..And so are the staff! I had a great experience with my first visit to Urbana Dental Smiles. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and they made me feel so comfortable! They were all very kind and so knowledgeable. I loved my experience and never thought I’d say I was happy to go to the dentist! :)
Every time I'm there, everyone is friendly & professional. They explain what's going on & make sure I understand & allow for questions, if I have them. I've never had a dentist phobia but I believe they'd put anyone at ease. They're out of network with my insurance but I go anyway because I'm so comfortable with them. Highly recommend!
Most thorough and complete dental visit ever. Both tech and doctor were very nice and explained everything they found and a plan to correct. No discomfort in any way and I was offered a pillow and a fidget stress ball too!!
I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist. I hadn't been in a long time. Let me tell you: these ladies are top notch at care and comfort and relieving anxiety. They are knowledgeable and just all-around wonderful people. Roxie [sorry don't know her last name] became my friend for the few hours I was there and, actually I can't wait to see her again! I had insurance, but they worked with me on a payment plan for the overage. Cannot recommend this place enough. A++++ experience.
