The care here was fast and well done. Even though there were tons of people to see, they got me in within 30 minutes. They listened and treated me with respect. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I’m a nurse. Great job.
My reason for four stars instead of five was the wait time. I was the first in the door at 8:30, I was the first to give my information and I was the first to go into a waiting room. Then I had to wait for over half an hour For the doctor. If this was a normal rate, I would’ve appreciated an update. If not, I would appreciate somebody coming in and letting me know how much longer the weight might be. As far as the people, they were the best. Terrific, professional staff with great bedside manner for pediatrics too. While on vacation, took in my 3yo with a persistent high fever to get checked out. The reception, medical arrant, and doctor all took care of us quickly and carefully, with great communication. REALLY glad I found this team while away from home!
Registration was easy and there was only one person waiting when I checked in so my wait time was minimal. The nurse was friendly and professional. Dr. Scott was excellent. He concurred with my self diagnosis after taking a brief, focused history and examining my rash along with my mouth and lungs that could be involved with an allergic reaction. The nurse Emily and PA Emilia were great. Very friendly and compassionate and helped me stabilize my injured knee with gentle care. But the woman at the front desk could not have been worse. Cold, unhelpful, and generally seemed mad at me for coming in (it was an hour before close). I was not super jazzed to have to be there either with a torn ACL, but she made the beginning of the visit so much worse.
