I took my son today to urgent care because he was stating he had UTI symptoms. The front desk was really nice. The PA and one of the assistants looked as if they were bothered I brought my son in. The PA comes in and states his results were negative like last time, made it seem as if I’m wasting their time. The other assistant I came out the room and smiled and she just disregarded me again making me feel as if I’m wasting their time. The doctor seemed wonderful, the rest of the staff unprofessional and childish. I don’t think they know people have ears when they’re speaking horribly about you right outside of the room you’re in. The MA and the young kid behind the desk in the back behave very unprofessionally. The receptionist in the waiting area and the actual provider were nice enough and helpful. Should have read reviews before I went, clearly it’s a common theme.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. We’re busy but still got us in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends and family. WAY better than spending hours at the ER!
EXTREMELY RUDE Staff!! I came to this urgent care near closing time because my small child urgently needed medical attention. As the name suggests. Instead of being treated with care and professionalism, a staff member named Jennifer, was blatantly rude and made it very clear she just wanted to go home. On Saturday my 11 year old son experienced severe pain in his ear and throat. As a resident of Naugatuck and a parent I took my son to this urgent care. It was around 3 in the afternoon and we seen the lobby completely empty he was excited saying “mom we be in and out “.
