Everyone here is amazing. They got us checked in and out very quickly. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for excellent care. Dr. Graham, Jennifer and Brittany are wonderful. They were able to take care of my Autistic son without him being afraid. He doesn't usually accept people that quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. ⭐✨⭐
I went to the urgent care location in Checotah,OK! The young lady at the front desk, I forget her name, but she is absolutely the friendliest receptionist I’ve ever known! Always has a smile on her face and treats you with the utmost kindness. And the male nurse that did my vitals in back and gave me a shot is just an all around cool cat! I took my 95 year old mother in today, all of the staff were friendly and professional. They diagnosed her, prescribed medications, answered all our questions, and we were on our way to the pharmacy in less than an hour. Great place, my new favorite Urgent Care!
The receptionist was very kind and professional. The waiting area was spacious and allowed for social distancing. There was also a movie playing that would help keep children entertained. The wait wasn't too long. The intake nurse was efficient and kind. Didn't take long for the Dr to come for the exam. His exam was thorough and he asked questions and listened to our questions and explained everything to our understanding. Definitely recommend going here. Thanks to the staff for the care you provide to our community.
Took my sick 10 month old baby in last minute and only waiting for about 45 minutes. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, even coming in as late as I did. The office was clean, and spacious to be waiting in a room full of sick people. The nurse and doctor both cared for my baby. They didn't rush us out and answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone. Urgent care was also very affordable & fair!
