The entire team at Urgent Team provided amazing care to my son. They were friendly, helpful and fast. The provider took her time and answered all of my questions. This will be our family's go to walk in clinic in the future!

we waited two hours for a set appointment at 2:30 PM. There were three people total ahead of us. Can't believe it took two hours to see three people! The receptionist said there was nothing she could do gave me a corporate office number to complain which was an automated loop with no way to register a complaint There is nothing urgent about this place. And there is no care to be had here. Be warned go elsewhere.
Refused to give me a note to miss work due to sickness because I didn't take a covid test. It's sad when you feel like healthcare workers are simply there to make money, and do not genuinely care about your health. They've treated my boyfriend horribly as well.
Terrible place. Went in for poison oak and an ear lavage. The staff seems new and not organized. The ear lavage was done with cold water. I paid $120 before being seen. When I left I asked if that was it and they said "Yes, that's it. You're free to go. 3 weeks later, I get a bill for something they forgot to charge me for. So I paid for that, figuring on the lack of communication between the front office and the back office. 3/4 weeks later, I get another bill for something else they forgot to charge me for. Yes, the service is quick and the lady at the front desk did an Amazing Job.....However the failures of the medical staff have not been impressive at all...Failing to follow through with the treatment of the patient is beyond neglectful and in my opinion is concerning...They were quick to take my money, Making me pay up front.
