Had a great experience today at this urgent care. Their check-in and paperwork process is entirely digital; sign in at their front desk and then complete everything else on your phone. The ladies there (front desk, nurse, doc) were super friendly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a diagnosis (the flu; confirmed via nasal swab) and prescriptions called into my pharmacy, but then there was only one person waiting when I arrived so that obviously expedited things. I was so worried coming here after reading reviews about this place. Im a veteran and didn't want to go all the way to Johnson City. I was brought back within about 20 minutes and was going in for a uti. Took a pee test, was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The employees were friendly to me, so not sure what others experienced.
they need a negative review putting one star pisses me the crap off. they should be closed down asap turning patient away even though i had a email about my appointment.
This review is about the Urgent Team located at 2636 W Andrew Johnson Hwy., Morristown TN. I wish I could give minus stars! I have never dealt with such inferior and inept office personnel in my life. I received a bill from a visit in April. I always pay as soon as bill arrives, however the amount due was full amount and insurance EOB coded as physician out-of-network. We knew from previous visits our insurance was accepted. They are horrible they charged my insurance and me for a covid test when my insurance paid it in full and they are refusing to give me a refund! Not to mention I just recently found out I was overcharged $80 worth of copays and they won't even refund me those either. When I call the billing department they tell me it's either already been refunded which it hasn't or they keep telling me it's gonna be 90 days.
