I was so worried coming here after reading reviews about this place. Im a veteran and didn't want to go all the way to Johnson City. I was brought back within about 20 minutes and was going in for a uti. Took a pee test, was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The employees were friendly to me, so not sure what others experienced.

This review is about the Urgent Team located at 2636 W Andrew Johnson Hwy., Morristown TN. I wish I could give minus stars! I have never dealt with such inferior and inept office personnel in my life. I received a bill from a visit in April. I always pay as soon as bill arrives, however the amount due was full amount and insurance EOB coded as physician out-of-network. We knew from previous visits our insurance was accepted. They are horrible they charged my insurance and me for a covid test when my insurance paid it in full and they are refusing to give me a refund! Not to mention I just recently found out I was overcharged $80 worth of copays and they won't even refund me those either. When I call the billing department they tell me it's either already been refunded which it hasn't or they keep telling me it's gonna be 90 days.
