I had an excellent experience here with my son. As a healthcare worker myself I look and notice a lot of different and small things other non professionals may not and I have to say I was very impressed with everyone. The nurse on tonight was great at handling my tiredness and almost leaving because of the wait. She got me right in a room and did a strep swab right then to ease me. Extremely Concerning Experience- Medication Error with a Child I visited this clinic on 2/3/26 for my son after reading the glowing Google reviews. Unfortunately, what we experienced was not just disappointing, it was alarming. During the visit, the NP did not take my son’s temperature or any vital signs. She only asked about his symptoms and diagnosed him with an ear infection. I was told she would prescribe amoxicillin to be taken twice a day for 10 days. That was it. Office was super clean, staff was very nice, the nature decor made it a very relaxing atmosphere. The doctor had great rapport with my daughter and it was a very pleasant experience even though she was feeling so sick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care for their child!!!
We brought our 2 year old in for a cough and had a great experience! Check-in was quick and easy, the exam was thorough, and the nurse practitioner really took her time listening to my daughter and making her feel comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful! highly recommend!
Can’t recommend this place enough!! PM pediatrics is spotlessly clean from the waiting area to the restroom, and the staff/customer service is absolutely excellent. They went all out with the cabin theming. It’s so darling and inviting which is such a nice touch - what a great way to put a smile of the face of a child who isn’t feeling well! Having a sick child is tough - but I’m grateful to have a place to bring them when we need it where we know they will be well taken care of in such a fun and friendly environment.
