I have been fighting with UrgiKids Pediatric Urgent Care for over a year. My son was seen in the winter of 2024. I asked if they were in network BEFORE my son was seen and they stated they were. When the bill came, they were not in network because the doctor let her credentials run out. Once informed of this the doctor worked on getting her credentials reinstated. I 100% recommend this clinic!! They took wonderful care of my daughter when she had a wrist injury. They also recently took care of my son through croup. They made an extremely scary sickness as comforting as possible! The staff is thorough and has excellent bedside manner. We’ll definitely go back for all of our after-hours medical needs.
We have been to Urgikids several times and have always had a great experience! From simple late night chest congestion to low oxygen and need to be taken to the hospital, they have always given the best care. They even stayed open late one night for us, to make it there and check on our girl. They go above and beyond. Always our first choice when we can’t get to the doctor.
We had an ear situation late one evening! The care and attention at this clinic is above and beyond! From the front desk to the nurse and doctor they were so amazing! Dr. Melissa did an incredible job problem solving, was so incredibly patient, caring and attentive. I feel so much better knowing we have a wonderful clinic like this in Murfreesboro! Thank you so much team!
Don’t save your card. Their “third party” billing company are crooks. I had my card ran for $168 out the blue with no service done in over 5 months. Of course their office doesn’t know anything and the third party billing company only communicates via email. Go figure.
