We had an ear situation late one evening! The care and attention at this clinic is above and beyond! From the front desk to the nurse and doctor they were so amazing! Dr. Melissa did an incredible job problem solving, was so incredibly patient, caring and attentive. I feel so much better knowing we have a wonderful clinic like this in Murfreesboro! Thank you so much team!
Office was super clean, staff was very nice, the nature decor made it a very relaxing atmosphere. The doctor had great rapport with my daughter and it was a very pleasant experience even though she was feeling so sick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care for their child!!!
This is my new favorite pediatric walk in clinic in Murfreesboro! The staff were all so nice and welcoming from the receptionist, through the doctor! They were very accommodating as well! We got there 20 min till closing time and they still accepted my daughter for ear pain! The doctor even took her time with us and explained the diagnosis in a way I, who is not a doctor, could understand it! I just really appreciated how kind everyone was! The lady at the front desk was wonderful to speak too, the nurse was very kind, and the doctor was very kind to my baby as well! This place definitely stood out to me so I highly recommend you take your kids here!
Dr. Stallings helped me after my son was sick for weeks and his previous Dr was dismissing my concerns. She spent quality time to find out what was going on and to establish the needed course of treatment. She even called to check on him days later and he is finally feeling better! The facility is very clean and all of the staff go above and beyond. I drove from Thompson’s Station and will definitely use them in the future for after hours care. I wish she could be his primary care.
