Extremely Concerning Experience- Medication Error with a Child I visited this clinic on 2/3/26 for my son after reading the glowing Google reviews. Unfortunately, what we experienced was not just disappointing, it was alarming. During the visit, the NP did not take my son’s temperature or any vital signs. She only asked about his symptoms and diagnosed him with an ear infection. I was told she would prescribe amoxicillin to be taken twice a day for 10 days. That was it. We brought our 2 year old in for a cough and had a great experience! Check-in was quick and easy, the exam was thorough, and the nurse practitioner really took her time listening to my daughter and making her feel comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful! highly recommend!
I have been fighting with UrgiKids Pediatric Urgent Care for over a year. My son was seen in the winter of 2024. I asked if they were in network BEFORE my son was seen and they stated they were. When the bill came, they were not in network because the doctor let her credentials run out. Once informed of this the doctor worked on getting her credentials reinstated. I 100% recommend this clinic!! They took wonderful care of my daughter when she had a wrist injury. They also recently took care of my son through croup. They made an extremely scary sickness as comforting as possible! The staff is thorough and has excellent bedside manner. We’ll definitely go back for all of our after-hours medical needs.
Office was super clean, staff was very nice, the nature decor made it a very relaxing atmosphere. The doctor had great rapport with my daughter and it was a very pleasant experience even though she was feeling so sick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care for their child!!!
