I ordered the Northern Lights Adult Urn for my very good friend who loved the Lights. Working with this company was great. Ordering was easy, I contacted them after the order was placed to have the urn delivered sooner. No problem. The urn arrived on time. Everything went smoothly with this company.
In such a horrible time this was a pleasant experience. I ordered 3 keepsake urns for my self and other 2 siblings. I used the free ground shipping and the expected date was way past when it was expected. I spoke with them and I could easily return them with no issues. The main urn was coming at the same time so it was a non issue. They came on the original expected date and are perfect. Everyone was so helpful and great to work with. I hope I don’t need to do this again but if I do I will be coming back.
