In such a horrible time this was a pleasant experience. I ordered 3 keepsake urns for my self and other 2 siblings. I used the free ground shipping and the expected date was way past when it was expected. I spoke with them and I could easily return them with no issues. The main urn was coming at the same time so it was a non issue. They came on the original expected date and are perfect. Everyone was so helpful and great to work with. I hope I don’t need to do this again but if I do I will be coming back.
I contacted UrnsForAshes via internet. It was a good experience for such a traumatic time. They were responsive and met my needs immediately. Basically, they were pain free. I would recommend them to anyone.
Love the Urn! Opening is large enough to put our wedding bands with the ashes. Very happy with this item. I actually bought 3 - 2 pink and 1 blue. Very easy to order and arrived quickly!
