My visit was professional and I really connect with Lexi Jacobson. She is sweet, concerning, and caring. All of the staff are very good. They all make me feel valued. EXCEPT for the person in billing that I talked to on the phone at the checkout desk. She didn’t even come out and talk to me she called the receptionist and ask her to hand me the phone. Urology Nevada are so kind and professional. I called multiple and I mean MULTIPLE times for advice after a kidney stone surgery and stent removal. They never got annoyed and always helped to the best of their ability. Great job team!
I was seen quickly, shown where to go and what to do by a friendly assistant. The Doctor had my information and went over it with me. The appointment was very pleasant.
The best reason I can offer in recommending Urology Nevada is their consistency of quality professionals. As my conditions have changed over time and circumstance, I have seen two incredibly insightful physicians (Dr. Anderson & Dr. McCormack) and two equally commendable advanced practitioners (Lexi Jacobson & Tess Jones). My husband had to have an emergency surgery. Unfortunately he has to have a second. The surgeon stated the surgery center could call the following week to schedule. I called in the middle of the week and again on Friday with no call and no resolution. My call got dropped just before closing Friday and when I called back they tell me the person I was speaking to has already left. I was just on the phone with them. I fully believe they were still there and just did not want to take the call. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
