Every person in this place is primarily concerned with the health and well-being of their patients. On top of that, they are always friendly, cheerful, and helpful! In most cases, if you arrive early and check in at the front desk, they will get you in to see the appropriate provider a little earlier than your scheduled appointment time. They are all AWESOME and I highly recommend them for any needs in their area of expertise!
I absolutely love these guys!!! Jeremy is the coolest doc, he listens and truly cares about how I’m feeling, my concerns or ideas and how to adjust to make me feel better. I wish all doctors were this attentive and responsive. Alas, they are not. The entire staff he works with are kind and professional and compassionate. Thank you ALL :):):):)
My visit was professional and I really connect with Lexi Jacobson. She is sweet, concerning, and caring. All of the staff are very good. They all make me feel valued. EXCEPT for the person in billing that I talked to on the phone at the checkout desk. She didn’t even come out and talk to me she called the receptionist and ask her to hand me the phone. The 1st time I went to Urology Nevada my Dr was running an hour late. I know stuff happens, but it would have been nice if the person that checked me in would have mentioned this fact, so that I could come back another day. As it was, I could not wait any longer, and came back. I believe he was early the 2nd visit! Great visit, awesome Dr.
My husband was turned away from his follow-up for not having money up front to pay, after the dr office and hospital whome referred him promised they wouldnt turn him away. So we drove across town to the appointment they made for him and was turned away. The receptionist was absolutely no help.
