I go to the Sparks office on Ion drive. I am very pleased with the care given to me by Derick Glazier P..A. He is very thorough when discussing my urinary problem. He takes his time to explain all of the details . He also asks me if I have any questions.. I really like that he makes sure that I understand what he has told me. The real plus is that he is very personable in a professional manner. Please pass on my compliments so he knows how much I appreciate that he is my urologist. Derick is the best !!!!
A short wait in a small, clean waiting room with courteous, friendly receptionists. Derek Glazier, PA was very welcoming, professional and efficient. His exam questions were done smoothly and with ease making the appointment a pleasant experience.
Very efficient and made setting an appointment easy. Their facility in SW Reno is spotless and well managed. The three people at the front desk did everything to make me feel like a valued customer/patient.
I was extremely pleased with the kind customer service that I received. I originally went to the location in south Reno and then switched due to where I live (in Sparks). I truly enjoyed my Doctor in Reno, was somewhat hesitant to change, but my experience at this new location was equally as positive and I am very grateful!!
Nofollow up ,no appointment reminders when they schedule you more than 3months. no call backs when test results come. You are the one having to contact them and request results.
