I've been a patient at this clinic for over two years, and I see Dr. Derek Glazier, who is a very good professional. However, during my last visit, I received very poor service from a Latina assistant on the staff. When she called me in for my appointment, she was rude to me. I even asked her if she spoke Spanish, since I prefer to have my medical visits in Spanish, to which she replied that she did speak it but preferred not to.
