We had a visit for some important decisions that my husband had to make regarding Kidney Stones procedures, and Derek was excellent! He explained everything clearly, was understanding and compassionate. My husband is not an easy person to please and he insisted I write this positive review and personally thank Derek. JP
Waiting time was short. The nurse obtained my vitals courteously and expeditiously. The APRN quickly summarized my results. My only complaint is their closing the Sparks satellite office . Now I’ll need to drive 45 minutes away. I’ll just need to find another Urologist
This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. If I had any other choice I would use it. The staff dont appear to care about the patients needs at all. I had an employee ask me how to do her job because she didnt know what to do. And then complains about having to sit on the phone with my insurance to submit an approval. They submit medication that needs constant refills and then only submit one dose. Then they deny refill request from the pharmacy when they prescribed it. Great Doctors. I never feel rushed and Derek Glazier, PA-C always asks to make sure I understand everything. Excellent friendly staff. I highly recommend this office.
My appointment went very well and thorough. He took the time to discuss my concerns. I’m very satisfied with Derrick Glazier.
