I've been a patient at this clinic for over two years, and I see Dr. Derek Glazier, who is a very good professional. However, during my last visit, I received very poor service from a Latina assistant on the staff. When she called me in for my appointment, she was rude to me. I even asked her if she spoke Spanish, since I prefer to have my medical visits in Spanish, to which she replied that she did speak it but preferred not to. The Sparks location is easy to find and the office staff is excellent in taking care of you. The staff, especially Tess and all the Techs that work with her are sensitive to your problems and needs. I recommend them for any urinary problems.

The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. We saw Tessa the PA and she was very, very kind and understanding. Nice job all the way around.

The location of the office was very convenient for me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was taken to the exam room on schedule. The PA had studied my history with the firm (at a different location). That was relevant and an action plan was quickly formed. I followed the plan and was much improved in several days. The PA was knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a repeat customer for urology.
