US Oral Surgery Management shut down the office of the oral surgeon in our town. It was a well run office, they did a great job with a very difficult wisdom tooth extraction for our child, and then we suddenly got a letter saying the office shut down (with zero notice). Now we can't do follow ups with the great surgeon we had, and when I called to schedule for my 2nd child to get teeth extracted, they explained corporate had shut down the office, even though it was extremely busy and well liked in a large city. My experience with this management company highlighted serious issues with leadership and communication. Expectations were inconsistent, concerns were not addressed, and there was little accountability from management. These problems created an inefficient and frustrating work environment and negatively impacted me as an employee. I do not recommend becoming an employee here.

Run! They lied to me and their service was not great. They also, didn't send the prescription prior to the appointment, as they said they would. As a result we had to wait a day after the appointment to get the meds. They guess on your insurance and if it's off they don't care and don't work with you at all. DO NOT USE THEM!

USOSM genuinely cares about delivering the best outcomes for patients at the individual practices, and they are very selective in bringing only the top oral surgeons from across the country into their group.
