Excellent service from start to finish! I stopped by Utility Trailer because I needed a part for the license plate light on my trailer. Ivan helped me right away, found exactly what I needed, and had me taken care of very quickly. Carlos then went above and beyond by calling Cesar, the technician, to get the part installed. If you’ve ever driven late at night, you know the feeling. Everything is going great until, out of nowhere, an overhanging tree branch decides it has a personal vendetta against your trailer. I called to have a leaking air tank changed on my stepdeck trailer. The service department and the mechanics went above and beyond to get me fixed and back on the road again. Thank you to everyone involved what a great experience with true professionals.
Go anywhere else. Please save your money, but most of all your valuable time, whatever they do you probably have to have redone at a different shop. Carlos will then be little you when you try and have them warranty. Carlo is old school it must be your fault or tge other shop just tried to screw you. Never them always you, predictable in the industry even if it's only been 90 days, what a jerk.
