First time buying a used trailer there, sales person nice lady her name is Cynthia, made an appointment for 9am she was on time showed me a few trailers, does not put any pressure on you to buy, but by 10:30am i was walking out happy with a paid receipt for a trailer Cynthia was awesome. Give her a try yall won't be disappointed 5stars for her.

Careless mechanic who has failed to diagnose the trailer slow air leak that is coming out of the axle hub. Sure, they serviced 2 lights for $650 express service, but failed the other half. Thank you Utility of Dothan, AL for your terrific experienced mechanic w a thorough diagnostic n identify the air leak that has caused the low air indicator to come on while driving down the road. Don't waste your money on the real diagnostic n repair here, but parts is fine.
Guys in the front are rude and smart mouths and takeee waayyyy to long to finish there conversations instead of helping the customer get what they need and instead of making them feel stupid might as well show what yall sell right
This place is a scam I had a brandnew utility refer that needed a rivet replaced and they said they were gonna charge $150 for warranty work and drag there feet well I'm glad I don't do business here regularly or I mean I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL .....If I could do less than 1 star I would
