Careless mechanic who has failed to diagnose the trailer slow air leak that is coming out of the axle hub. Sure, they serviced 2 lights for $650 express service, but failed the other half. Thank you Utility of Dothan, AL for your terrific experienced mechanic w a thorough diagnostic n identify the air leak that has caused the low air indicator to come on while driving down the road. Don't waste your money on the real diagnostic n repair here, but parts is fine.

This place is a scam I had a brandnew utility refer that needed a rivet replaced and they said they were gonna charge $150 for warranty work and drag there feet well I'm glad I don't do business here regularly or I mean I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL .....If I could do less than 1 star I would

Had an issue with door sticking, they fixed it billed us and had me on my way within 3 hrs, that's pretty good, thanks for the quick help and urgency with the shop manager, the front desk employee acted like it was a non issue(bad attitude), but shop manager made sure it got done right and every thing got fixed correctly with no attitude or ego. Thanks.

Made a delivery here this morning. Arrived at 7pm last night and parked in front of the gates. No one bothered me and no traffic as it they only business here. Reggie is super cool and made sure I had coffee and knew where restroom was located. Was unloaded quickly. Nice folks!

One of the best and most knowledgeable trailer businesses in Houston. Your in the best hands here and Ronnie Folk is really an all around great guy and kind. If I could give more stars I would. Trust me you won't be disappointed here! They do everything repairs services and sales + more.
