Make sure you park on the Left side of the street when picking up a new trailer security guard will not start the process until parked on the left side by the stop here sign 🛑 once you get the trailer come back and stay in the truck they will come out to take pictures. We are here to work and pick up a trailer on 5/20. When I arrive for the first time at this location. I was not able to see the small sign that says stop and park here. Due to another Bobtail blocking it. Instead of the guard explaining how it works he becomes….RUDE news flash not everyone works here. He tells my co driver do I even have a license and why did I park that way. Co-driver explained she could not see the sign but is fixing it. And you don’t need to be rude. Cab over Charlie approves!! We have picked up several trailers to move to other locations and dropped off a few also. Always received quick and respectful service!
Guardshake very disappointed in we been trying for two days to pick up the trailer and they refuse to allow pending there supervisor release when ask for there info they refused to give there names and refuse to contact the person we need the release from. We have wasted two days on this and cost my company money in labor and diesel for my driver time. When they can contact the person or give us the info we need to get this handle. Need to fire there guardshake supervisor and there weekend guard very bad for business.
