I came here only to pick up a trailer. While the security guard was doing check-in, he gave the paperwork to the person in front of me. While I was waiting, I asked if I could take the forms and fill them out. He shouted, “Don’t you see the person in front of you? Wait!” After the person ahead of me finished, he made me wait quite a while before opening the window, then harshly asked, “What do you want?” I said I was there to pick up a trailer and check in. I been hauling trailers out of there for the past 3 years. The guards are very professional and polite. There has even been a time or two that I couldn't find a specific trailer and they get in there personal vehicles and help me locate the trailer. I'm very pleased with the way they handle the in and out process.
I am owner operator of All Coast Express. I have been transporting trailers out of Utility in Eagle Pass for 4 years. I am very pleased with the simplicity of the process of how this location operates. Jose De Los Rellez is always professional and welcoming and it’s always a pleasure to see him.
We are here to work and pick up a trailer on 5/20. When I arrive for the first time at this location. I was not able to see the small sign that says stop and park here. Due to another Bobtail blocking it. Instead of the guard explaining how it works he becomes….RUDE news flash not everyone works here. He tells my co driver do I even have a license and why did I park that way. Co-driver explained she could not see the sign but is fixing it. And you don’t need to be rude. If you wanna look like theif tey to show up without DECALS on side of truck. They are going to treat you like a theif. But if you come with proper decals on side of truck and no papers signs and registration properly mounted they let you go really fast for picking up trailer. The guard was disrespectful in my case. If u picking up reefers they dont have air chute and they all roll up doors so be very carefully when broker lie to you.
