very bad service disgusting attitude towards drivers I am a truck driver and came to pick up an empty thriller, And he treated me like he was the king of the world, And I am some kind of racist nobody I do not recommend anyone to come here very bad place the employees behave disgustingly.
If you wanna look like theif tey to show up without DECALS on side of truck. They are going to treat you like a theif. But if you come with proper decals on side of truck and no papers signs and registration properly mounted they let you go really fast for picking up trailer. The guard was disrespectful in my case. If u picking up reefers they dont have air chute and they all roll up doors so be very carefully when broker lie to you.
Your security guards have zero personality and are about as dry as flour. They basically treated me like I was bothering them I asked if he was ok he said you have your paper you can go I said I’ll leave when I’m ready I don’t require to be dismissed
We are here to work and pick up a trailer on 5/20. When I arrive for the first time at this location. I was not able to see the small sign that says stop and park here. Due to another Bobtail blocking it. Instead of the guard explaining how it works he becomes….RUDE news flash not everyone works here. He tells my co driver do I even have a license and why did I park that way. Co-driver explained she could not see the sign but is fixing it. And you don’t need to be rude.
