Awesome service by both service writer Ms Martha and technician Ramon they quickly took me in and started working on my trailer I was kept well informed by both . The part I needed was very expensive and not in stock but Ramon was able to adapt a different valve to get me back on the road. That's knowledge Thank you Utility for have employees like Ms Martha and Ramon that care for their customers
The service was excellent and courteous I had a toolbox installed and the were fast and helpful on finding the right one especially from the service department
You can’t park in front of this store; you can only park inside the yard. The exit is a very steep uphill and there’s also a stop sign. If your truck is heavily loaded, it’s better not to come in. It’s really easy to get in, but hard to get out.
They are Great if you need anything Adriana was wonderful and very helpful I hope they enjoy there new trailer.
Drive up to the store to find out they were charging after hrs fee apparently this guys make their own hrs. Web page clearly says they closed at 1pm on Saturday i was there at 12:18pm. I only needed a $10 parts and the “after hrs” guy wanted to charge me the $150 fee plus the part even though he was at the store helping another customer. Unreasonable, parts are expensive and that guy was extremely rude I wasn’t making him drive back to the store he was at the store with another customer.
