Took my trailer for some axle repair after an accident. Just like to say great service. Whole crew is very professional especially Jesse Garcia in Service department provided an amazing service. Keep up the good work. 👍
I had a trailer issue where my trailer was damaged due to a flood, and I was helped every step of the way, communication and helping me understand what work was going to be done was exactly what Jesse out in the maintenance department made sure was done. I very seldom had to deal with my insurance company, Utility Trailer took care of that so I didn’t have to. Great experience and definitely will recommend using them for trailer repairs.
Unacceptable customer service. The staff member in the back remained seated on his phone when I walked up, completely ignored basic greetings, and barely answered my questions about the parts I purchased. He then aggressively slammed the part onto my truck with no apology. On top of that, I was stuck waiting at the gate for several minutes just to leave. I will definitely not be coming back.
Kathy was very helpful with our trailer issue. She was able to help out with the whole issue and kept us informed and up to date on all of the progress as it was going. Highly recommended if you need any work done on your trailers.
