Utility in converse tx have very professional service and help full guys. They work on my trailer lately hours in order to help me instead of just coming next day for to hub cab and tire inflammation system. Katy is really helpful and give you recommendations and she is smiling always. I was her she had good communication with the employees and customers. horrible called and the first rep assistant hung up right away second rep transfered me then the third could not give estimate or give price on parts and gave a from the mind price 700.00 for 1 strap for reffer fuel tank plus labor. 🤔 might be prejudice
Shop people were great. Glen Reynolds was super nice counter people were less than enthusiastic to help out just set there like slugs seem to be less interested in helping than the other staff. I'm sure I will be back but I know who to deal with now
Took my trailer for some repairs at Utility trader San Antonio, Texas and dealt with Harold in the service department. Just like to say great service great job. You guys are amazing once again thank you so much especially Harold for his courtesy and knowing how to treat customers thank you.
