the spa leaks because the entry step is has a very large crack that runs the full length of the step, the plaster is flaking off the the bottom of the pool, the deck is lifting up off the pool and they did not place a pool sweep jack in the pool. The pool has poor suction even when i replace the basic pump and place a VS pump in.
