2 months still waiting on my vehicle when ever i call 20 mins holds and rude i,m never using them again
Bottomline, don't use this business. Almost 2 months and my car was not repaired as promised in a timely manner. I agreed with this business to work on my car body repair in the first week of June, 2022. Insurance check was given to the business which was cashed right away. Initially there was some delay in receiving parts but parts received on week of june 26. the car was dropped off on July 4th and was never looked at until 11th when I called to pick up my car. Your Customer Service is terrible. And after reading the other reviews I see that you tell the same mistruths to everyone. My Range Rover has been there since 3/1. I have to call your office repeatedly just to get half answers, and no call backs when you say you will. You’ve told me parts were “on back order” a few times. I couldn't stress enough, how stressed we were with our client whose Porsche was towed here (not by choice) due to an accident. I got daily calls from client that whenever he went to visit his car for 20 straight days, his car remained in the lot untouched and got the excuse that Covid affected the delivery of parts. Not only that, Cindy told the Insurance company Mgr that our client did not approve the repair of his car until after 2 weeks later, wow! Yet, they see him everyday asking for the status of his car. If you get an accident and the towing company towed your car to Beyer collision in Alexandria don't do it.
