Val Collision Center did an amazing job fixing up my vehicle! They were very flexible with my job and hours, and worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible. They made sure to get all of the details, from the dent to the rims, and have wonderful customer service. I can’t thank the team enough!
In November 2025, we brought my son's Dodge Durango to VAL Collision Center in Falls Church, VA, managed by Eddie Flores. We were told upfront that they were backlogged but that the vehicle would be repaired within approximately 2-3 months. Based on those representations, we chose to move forward with them. Over the next several months, we received multiple updates suggesting progress was being made. Nearly 2 1/2 months into the process, we received the first photo showing the vehicle on a lift. An estimated timeframe was discussed at the outset; however, due to the scope of work and recent weather-related operational impacts, completion remains dependent on parts availability and proper repair sequencing. Our primary goal throughout this process is to ensure the vehicle is repaired correctly and safely in accordance with industry standards and the written agreement. – The Management Team

Bottomline, don't use this business. Almost 2 months and my car was not repaired as promised in a timely manner. I agreed with this business to work on my car body repair in the first week of June, 2022. Insurance check was given to the business which was cashed right away. Initially there was some delay in receiving parts but parts received on week of june 26. the car was dropped off on July 4th and was never looked at until 11th when I called to pick up my car.
