The staff is friendly, competent, attentive, and professional. The facility is clean and secure. I would recommend to others.
This is a fantastic location. The facility is fancy. Clean. Decorated. The suites/apartments are spacious and well designed. The staff really seam to like their jobs and happy to be there. When mom moved in, they had a red carpet welcome for her. It was awesome-residents and staff welcoming her home. Made her feel special and cared about.
Everyone was very friendly. The facility was bright, clean, happy and very well organized. We are looking forward to touring the Valage with our prospective client. We have a luncheon scheduled for tomorrow [date removed].
The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone knew my dad's name in the first week and greeted him whenever they saw him. All staff are knowledgeable with how to deal with the residents in a kind and patient manner. They are helpful and very responsive in getting answers to questions and requests. My dad even commented that when he first got help with his shower, "Wow, these people really know what they are doing !"
