My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for a place in lake Wylie and we decided to tour Vale. Ashley the assistant property manager showed us the complex and a few units and we were super impressed! The property is more geared towards wellness and wellbeing which makes this complex more unique than other places we looked at. Ashley was amazing by being able to answer all of our questions throughly and with confidence. We’re definitely going to be renting from here soon!
I’ve had an amazing experience at VALE Lake Wylie so far. The community feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that truly stand out — from the resort-style common areas (sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs) to the WELLIFIZE wellness programs. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, you could feel the welcoming spirit. The whole apartment complex is honestly breathtaking “beautiful” isn’t even strong enough to describe it. I moved into Vale right when they opened and it was the best decision! They are still completing the remaining two buildings, but the apartment and amenities are well worth the work in progress. The pool and outdoor entertainment area is gorgeous. The interior commons spaces are kept spotless. The apartment itself is amazing, I can't say enough about gorgeous the counters are. I am a current resident and want to share this experience so others are aware before signing a lease. Prior to and after my move in, I was told by on site property management that I qualified for certain promotions. When I followed up about a delay on my automation being set up, I was advised that the delay was due to the watches( a free promotion) being on backorder.
