Great apartments with solid amenities. The gym is amazing. All the common areas are beautiful. The property manager Brittany is a complete rockstar. The other residents and staff are all so friendly. Everything is always clean and it’s a very nice environment. The only thing I wish I knew before moving in is that there are a lot of huge dogs here. I’ve had an amazing experience at VALE Lake Wylie so far. The community feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that truly stand out — from the resort-style common areas (sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs) to the WELLIFIZE wellness programs. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, you could feel the welcoming spirit. The whole apartment complex is honestly breathtaking “beautiful” isn’t even strong enough to describe it. My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for a place in lake Wylie and we decided to tour Vale. Ashley the assistant property manager showed us the complex and a few units and we were super impressed! The property is more geared towards wellness and wellbeing which makes this complex more unique than other places we looked at. Ashley was amazing by being able to answer all of our questions throughly and with confidence. We’re definitely going to be renting from here soon!
