To anyone looking for an apartment to rent, I waited three months before writing this so I could give a truly authentic review of my experience living at The Vale at Lake Wylie. First and foremost, Monica, Brittany, and Ashley deserve recognition. Their administrative support is exceptional and matches the five‑star, resort‑style experience this community delivers. The location is outstanding, the amenities are top‑tier, and the property is kept immaculate. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the high‑end fini... read more
I’ve had an amazing experience at VALE Lake Wylie so far. The community feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that truly stand out — from the resort-style common areas (sauna, cold plunge, hot tubs) to the WELLIFIZE wellness programs. The staff has been exceptional. Ashley, Teresa, and Brittany have each gone above and beyond to make my move-in and day-to-day experience smooth and enjoyable. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — you can tell they genuinely care about the resid... read more
My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for a place in lake Wylie and we decided to tour Vale. Ashley the assistant property manager showed us the complex and a few units and we were super impressed! The property is more geared towards wellness and wellbeing which makes this complex more unique than other places we looked at. Ashley was amazing by being able to answer all of our questions throughly and with confidence. We’re definitely going to be renting from here soon!
Wow! Absolutely LOVE this place! We made a huge leap from selling our home to moving into this wellness campus and could not be happier! Luxurious living with all the amenities to keep us active and healthy - all supported by a professional and responsive leadership team has come together to help us create our dream retirement life! Retirees - if you’re looking for a great alternative to those ‘old folks’ places, check out Vale! Come experience true freedom and immerse yourself in true wellness surroundings!!
I moved into Vale right when they opened and it was the best decision! They are still completing the remaining two buildings, but the apartment and amenities are well worth the work in progress. The pool and outdoor entertainment area is gorgeous. The interior commons spaces are kept spotless. The apartment itself is amazing, I can't say enough about gorgeous the counters are. They truly went top tier and you feel like your living in a resort every day. The gym is top tier and there is plenty of common spaces to unwind if yo... read more
