Was very optimistic about this apartment when first moving in! Apartments are new, up to date, and spacious; However the landscaping is probably the worst I’ve seen at an apartment complex (shrubs are dead,disorganized landscaping, kids pull limbs off of trees, mulch has tons of dirt in it, parking lot is dirty, dead grass,etc.) dog waste trash cans are constantly overflowing as well as the garbage cans, packages are stolen often and there are no cameras on the property, maintenance workers constantly blow yard debris onto y... read more

I was happy to be moving into a brand new apartment complex. I moved in February 2024, and the experience was great. A few months later, I started receiving notices about music not being played during non-listening hours in shared spaces. (What’s the real problem?) I don’t ever like leaving a poor review. Especially when the apartment complex has been pretty great to us. However, our son was recently diagnosed with liver cancer and we need more space to make our living arrangements more comfortable. When we moved in, there were no 3b/2b floor plans open so we took the smaller. Now, they have bigger ones available and when I asked if we could resign a new 12 month lease and change units, they said no.
