over priced. they dont upgrade anything they just paint over it. they have rats and mice. I had to call the health department on them to clean my carpet from mice problems. pipes are old black stuff come out of the sink. manager does not care about anything but her check. property management and owner Ignore tenants problems . they will not give back security deposit will charge for old stuff that was never fixed or new
Ruth, the manager is a thief and a liar. And the only reason I was able to get something back that she stole from me, was because I *67'd my number and then showed up to confront her face to face.
