This was my sons first trip to the dentist. They made it so special. From welcoming him on a board before we arrived to knowing his favorite character and having that in the room waiting for him. They allowed both my husband and I and our youngest to tag along. The Dr. Was amazing! This was my first time and immediately upon stepping into the waiting area of the front office I was impressed with the kid friendly and clean decor. They had a variety of things to engage children as they waited. The office staff was friendly and kind and even displayed my son’s name on a welcome sign as it was his first visit. Today, May 1, was our first visit to the office. Also, our two girls first time to the dentist. Everyone was very patient, friendly, and kind. They took their time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The Dentist and staff are all awesome and amazing! They made our experience a fantastic success! We will definitely be back! We found our new children’s dentist office! Thank you Valencia Smiles!!!
We have been going to Valencia Smiles for about 3 years now. All the staff, from the front desk to the back are such a pleasure to work with. I have 3 children who are taken care of here and at the same time which helps with our busy schedule. The staff really care about my children and always makes time to explain the importance of brushing their teeth properly and flossing as well. My oldest had to have braces, so we went with Invisalign and had great results. I would recommend this office 100%
