I haven't been to the eye doctor in about 8 years due to some significant anxiety. Dr Ashley Torreano went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the whole clinic and am glad I was able to get an eye exam after going so long without one.
Valley Eye Associates is an outstanding medical facility! Dr. Vrabec, who took care of me, is providing the possible best care for many years for his patients. He also took care of my mom. I felt completely safe having my procedures done by him. Everything went very well and the outcome is excellent. I truly can’t ask for better, more professional and compassionate care.
I was a new patient with them. Pre-visit process was easy and helpful. The person scheduling my first appointment was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. At my first visit I was greeted quickly and had no problems with check in. The staff was great throughout the full visit. My wife is also in need of vision care so she will be switching over as well.
Everyone at Valley Eye is so friendly and professional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and waited maybe a coupe of minutes before my appointment started. The Technician was very thorough and made sure I understood the process and what would happen next. Dr. Keller was very informative and thorough, answered my questions and explained what was going to happen at my next appointment. Thank you.
They took time to evaluate me and what would be the right prescription for my current Eyes seeing ability . The doctor was very patient listened to what I had to say listen to my struggles and came up with solutions I don't think I've ever been so satisfied I strongly recommend step next-door to pick out eyeglasses.
