Friendly greeting upon entering and was very patiently describing the check in process to another friendly trainee. The technician was also friendly with another big smile to mirror her skill at each of the test of a full exam. Also explained each step to know the "what's and the why's". I've had a positive experience with Dr. Torreano since my first appointment about four years ago. 1000/10 stars! There truly aren't words to describe how wonderful my experience with Valley Eye Associates has been. I initially went in for a LASIK consultation, but found out I wasn't a great candidate for the procedure. VEA recommended ICL instead. I'm about one month post-op and couldn't be more thrilled with the results (20/20 vision for the first time in my life!) I was a new patient with them. Pre-visit process was easy and helpful. The person scheduling my first appointment was friendly and accommodating to my schedule. At my first visit I was greeted quickly and had no problems with check in. The staff was great throughout the full visit. My wife is also in need of vision care so she will be switching over as well.
Valley Eye Associates is an outstanding medical facility! Dr. Vrabec, who took care of me, is providing the possible best care for many years for his patients. He also took care of my mom. I felt completely safe having my procedures done by him. Everything went very well and the outcome is excellent. I truly can’t ask for better, more professional and compassionate care.
I haven't been to the eye doctor in about 8 years due to some significant anxiety. Dr Ashley Torreano went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the whole clinic and am glad I was able to get an eye exam after going so long without one.
