Professional doctors and nurses! Easy eye examination with little to no discomfort. The doctor let's you know step by step to what is happening throughout the exam. There's no pushing to sell you something you do not need, totally up to the patient. Easy to follow questions and answers. I highly recommend you give them a try!
I arrived early and they were able to get me in. During the entire visit everyone was incredibly polite and nice. Thur went above and beyond to ensure I was well treated and informed. Dr. Smith was incredible obviously excellent in his specialty. I left fully informed and with a complete set of options and treatment alternatives. Highly recommend!
Both my right & left cataract surgeries with Dr. Philip Smith were fantastic! Dr. Smith is knowledgeable, experienced and inspires confidence - you feel safe under his care. The whole team at Pinnacle is Excellent! From the receptionist through all the nurses & anesthesiologist - they know what they are doing and strive to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I appreciate that everyone was very nice and looked at my past records and tests. Didn't repeat tests(amen to fiscal responsibility) and acknowledged the distance I traveled for treatment. I will and have said my praises of your office to my coworkers, friends and family.
I recently had cataract surgery and I am very happy with the care I have received at Valley Eye. The pre-op prep was clear and thorough. I knew exactly what to expect. What I am most impressed with is the after care. The post surgery care and checkups are as thorough as everything else has been.
