I was advised that I would be receiving a beautifully renovated unit but from the day I received the keys, the apartment was not fully equipped or presented as advertised. The unit was rented sight unseen, as I was not allowed to view it before being required to sign the lease. Once I moved in, several issues were immediately noticeable, including missing appliances, an uneven paint job, leaking pipes, and large holes or entry points under the bathroom and kitchen cabinets that are large enough for pests or rodents to get th... read more

Lela is great! The tour went extremely well as Lela was upfront and professional. I have lived here for about two weeks now, and Lela is by far the most attentive and responsive property manager I have worked with! All requests and concerns are quickly addressed.

Lela is amazing, she’s attentive and makes sure your comfortable. Originally booked a tour at another location but was referred to plaza LOVED IT & applied the same day !. She Tells it how it is which is greatly appreciated!. The application process was easy . I LOVE MY APARTMENT! Thank you Lela .
