So far have had a really great experience with Valley Plaza apartments. Came in for a tour and Lela showed me the Unit. The unit was very nice and updated. I really like the cabinets in the kitchen and the countertops. Lela was able to answer all Of my questions, even if some of them were silly. Also glad to see that they have an event room/party room that we can use for Family gatherings. I was advised that I would be receiving a beautifully renovated unit but from the day I received the keys, the apartment was not fully equipped or presented as advertised. The unit was rented sight unseen, as I was not allowed to view it before being required to sign the lease. Once I moved in, several issues were immediately noticeable, including missing appliances, an uneven paint job, leaking pipes, and large holes or entry points under the bathroom and kitchen cabinets that are large enough for pests or rodents to get th... read more
I’ve lived here for a little under a year and a half now. Overall I’ve had a decent experience living here. There was a very frustrating roofline issue that persisted from a week from my move in till about 4 months later, as it took the maintenance crew that time address to the root cause and of course it happened to be the winter months. Lela is great! The tour went extremely well as Lela was upfront and professional. I have lived here for about two weeks now, and Lela is by far the most attentive and responsive property manager I have worked with! All requests and concerns are quickly addressed.
Lela is always helpful and is attentive to the property needs and also to the residents like myself. She responds back quickly and I have enjoyed living here for many years.
