Clean and mostly inside the building. Be aware the advertised pricing does not include mandatory insurance that can be significant. The building is very clean - very hard to navigate as it’s not clear how to find some of the bins. Overall, I’d recommend this location

Very clean, very spacious, competitively priced, and secure facility. So far, I have been impressed with what I see and experience. The place is well lit and organized. From initial set up to storage it was less than a day. It was very fast very efficient. I’d give a good two thumbs up.

Renting a climate controlled unit was seamlessly easy and affordable, with the first month free.. Multiple locations within my city, was offered for convenience. Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, and courteous.

When I decided to move to Hagerstown, the first place I went was the Self Storage Leitersburg. Becca the manager was so welcomed and helpful that we just started to felt in Love with Hagerstown. From that day to our last at that storage she and her team have been providing a high customer service online as on site to me and family. I highly recommend that Self Storage to who ever looks for a warm experience. Thank you Becca and Team. Gabriel
