It was horrible. They told us a price over the phone and never honored it. They are not honest. The place supposedly was to be fully gated and it only has a front gate that was left open all the time. Plus there is no onsite management. Again was told there was onsite management and again another lie. Plus the older gentleman that answers the phones likes to trash talk the customer service. Completely unprofessional.
I could give it a zero I would it was horrible. The guy we spoke to was a liar didn’t honor his word for the price. Everything you told us about the facility was a lie. Please stay away the one in Li Zt I don’t know about any other ones, but this one horrible.
Everything was good but the elevator doors always closed on me and the parking lot is curved in a way that your stuff runs away from you. It is also expensive
Wonderful time signing up for the storage unit and was able to sign up easy. I can’t remember the lady that is the manager but she is wonderful. Very nice and explains everything great and is friendly and will help out and do what she can. Clean facilities and well put together looks fantastic. Also never seen a storage unit with a bathroom and water fountains so bonus for that!! I would recommend in a heart beat due to clean facilities and the wonderful management.
