RecommendedMy initial experience was not great. I couldn’t move my belongings into my unit. An employee had “moved me out” of their system without even contacting me and gave that unit to another person who moved in their belongings. I waited at the location for 30-40 minutes with movers and a truck full of belongings until I could reach someone from the office. I was able to move into another unit right away, which helped the situation and received the next month for free. That did make the situation better.
